RENTAL MANAGEMENT FEE:
28% (daily/weekly)
20% (one month or longer)

Includes: Rental guest clean-up, High Speed Internet, Linen replacements, PBX/telephone system, travel agent fees, credit card fees. Minor maintenance within rental units, snowbird functions, 800 number, advertising, additional security, legal and professional services, office expense, staff salaries, assists Association with insurance, electricity, garbage, water/sewage, pool furniture, and betterments, $5 million umbrella liability insurance policy, Reserve fund for commercial washers/dryers, telephone, office furnishings, computer hardware and software.
