Choosing Your Personal Space
Many of our returning families choose the same condominium year after year for the memories made there. If you’re new to us, consider your view preference of the Gulf or famous East Pass with all it’s charter fleet boating activity and evening sunsets. Individually owned, browse the variety of bedrooms and décor until you find the one for you. Fully equipped, full kitchens will personalize some of your meals but don’t forget that you are right around the harbor from some of the best seafood restaurants found anywhere. Our Wi-Fi is free, fast and protected, but we suggest your morning coffee is taken “unplugged” on your private balcony.
Fabulous Pool
Our private heated pool sits just behind the beach sand dunes and is pleasantly heated throughout the year. Adults will find our perfectly heated hot tub relaxing and just the therapy they need to fully unwind. Guests enjoy the best of both choices as they enjoy both the beach and the refreshing pool. The pool deck is equipped with comfortable loungers and chairs, and just enough umbrella shade for those that need a break from the sun.
Beachfront Pavilion
Our Beach Pavilion is an iconic landmark and is the best place in town to gather with family and friends. Equipped with charcoal grills along the perimeter, and plenty of tables for groups of all sizes, the Pavilion is where some of the best meals in Destin are created and shared. By day the pavilion offers a cooler shady area to take in the sound of the waves, and the beautiful scenery. During our peak seasons, the Pavilion is the place to enjoy great local entertainment and dancing wit out ever leaving the property. Check our calendar for scheduled musicians.
Tennis/Pickleball Courts
Not to worry if you forgot your personal state of the art pickleball paddle, we’ve got one for you to borrow. Create some laughter and fun with your family with some healthy competition on any of our three different courts. The turtles have asked us not to play with night lights so our courts are strictly suntan lotion hours only.
Sunset Sun Deck
The furthest west end of our property offers the Sunset/Sun Deck. It’s a quiet spot, offering a little shelter on a windy or colder day. Our dedicated/professional sunbathers are often found here quietly reading or soaking up the rays. This deck offers quick access to our west beach walkover, where you can quickly find yourself strolling into an amazing sunset for family photos. Ending a wonderful beach day at the end of this walkover, watching the sunset on the returning fishing fleet, imagining the exaggerated fishing stories is an amazing way to end a beautiful day at the beach.
East Jetty Fishing
Jetty East is named after the East Pass jetty structure built decades ago to maintain and protect the waterway passage that allows Floridas larget private fishing fleet access from the harbor into the Gulf of Mexico. The made made structure of huge boulders on both sides of the pass has created it’s own little ecosystem with abundant marine and bird life. Who needs a fishing boat or dock, when you can simply stroll to the picturesque jetties and cast your line into the abundant emerald waters in one of the most serene and lucky spots in Destin. Fishing action abounds as the Gulf of Mexico enters and retreats from adjoining Choctawhatchee Bay.( For your safety, swimming is not recommended at the Jettys and shoes with good traction are recommended while on the rocks.)
