Great views from the main living area and balcony, where you can watch all the comings and goings at this beautiful emerald coast beach location. Sit outside and watch the waves, parasailers, kites, pickleball players, swimming pool and hot tub while you listen to live music in season and smell BBQ wafting up from the pavilion on the beach. Easy access up and down from this first floor unit one story up, which is close but not too close to the nearby elevator and stairway.

When you’re ready you’ll head down to the beach and be welcomed with a friendly service to provide you your free setup of umbrella and chairs. Stroll along the beach and dip your toes into the sugary white sand and warm gulf water. Time to relax and enjoy!

In the condo you’ll experience a king sized bed with new cooling pillow-top mattress cover, air conditioning control in the unit, and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. The living area boasts a new sleeper sofa with premium mattress and a push-back reclining accent chair to enjoy.

Full kitchen with center island and barstools, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, coffeemaker and everything you need to enjoy your stay.

You’ll have complimentary Wi-Fi, a front office that’s open every day and a crew of workers to quickly resolve any issue that may arise. There’s lots of parking available, and we have plenty of security and safety with a manned guard gate.

When you do drive to our location you will enter Holiday Isle, an exclusive community with beautiful homes and vacation spots, with active people out for walks and bike rides.
