The entire unit has been completely newly renovated in 2021 to provide a fresh and new up to date modern look and feel. Furnished with all new furniture and décor. One of the best views on the Jetty Side. Expansive views of the beach, Gulf of Mexico, Jetty’s, East Pass, Crab Island and The Destin Harbor. At night you can catch fireworks over the harbor while enjoying the beautiful sunset.
Enjoy the open balcony with counter height furniture while watching the fishing boats go out to the Gulf in the morning while enjoying the beautiful sunrise. The kitchen has all new stainless-steel appliances, ice maker, Keurig or coffee pot and quartz counters. The bathroom has a grab bar in the combination tub and shower. The entire unit has new wall to wall wood flooring. The living room is furnished with a new queen sofa sleeper and reclining chair to relax and enjoy the 42-inch tv. The bedroom is furnished with a new king bed and 32-inch tv. You will enjoy your stay in this beautiful and comfortable condo.
