Our favorite part is the whole experience of Jetty East, the beach, the room, the convenience of everything in one place, the pool/hot tub, the pavilion, and the fireworks on the Fourth of July!

Another Wonderful Stay This was our second time visiting Jetty East and we were not disappointed. There were a few more people there this year than last year, but it was not annoying. The same as last year, atmosphere was very laid back with an older population which is what we were looking for. The check in at 4 p.m. and our keys were ready upon arrival and I can't remember the lady's name that checked us in but she was also from SC and very friendly and helpful. Upon approaching the gate we received our parking decal and proceeded to the office to immediately receive our room keys.Security was always monitoring incoming vehicles which also made you feel secure in the property. Masks were required in the office and and only one family member at a time and they were suggested in the common areas. There are carts available to help you unload your vehicle and get to your condo. We stayed in 603A and upon entering I was so happy to see that the condo looked EXACTLY like the pictures on the website with the only change being the comforter. It was so nice and the view was amazing. The king size bed was so comfortable and there were plenty of towels available for us to use. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to cook any meal, well stocked and we were pleased. There is also a washer and dryer. There is not daily housekeeping service, but we were totally okay with that. Should you need extra towels, you can exchange them on a specific morning of the week. It was just the two of us so we had plenty of towels, extra blankets, covers, everything. We honestly felt like it was a home away from home. We had planned to utilize the grills at the pavilion area this year however due to Hurricane Ida, they had been removed and weren't back until Wednesday. This was fine, we ended up cooking inside and having dinner on the balcony. Even though it was raining and wind was blowing, the covered balcony was still great to sit on and enjoy the breeze. Location wise, you are literally steps away from the beach and again we rented an umbrella and chairs each day once the rain stopped and that was great considering the beach was not crowded it was very peaceful and enjoyable. There are restaurants in the area and there is a Target across the street if you need any items. I cannot wait to visit again, our stay was great. Once again, we had another great stay and are already planning to return next year.

Everything you want “Just wow! First thing you need to know. The location is A+. The view on the ocean side is spectacular. We stayed in room 603A. If it’s available, book it. We came in the off-season and the price was better than the typical chain hotels. We paid $115 per night. This place has everything you’d expect and more. Every convenience you’d have at home is found here. Washer, dryer, utensils, full kitchen, two televisions, WiFi, coffee maker (not K cup), and the bed was so freakin’ comfortable. The building itself is dated on the outside, but the condo was updated and modern. There are plenty of elevators. Parking seems to be plentiful, but again we came in the off-season. The staff was friendly, especially the dude in the security guard house. He genuinely seemed to want us to enjoy our stay. I would rebook here without hesitation, and without even checking other places. Date of stay: November 2018
