2BR / 2BA – Jetty Side EXCEPTIONAL LOCATION – just one flight up and steps away from the beautiful and expansive white sandy beach! Remodeled to an open floor plan, this spacious unit is beautifully decorated and supplied with everything to be your perfect vacation home.

This unit is ideal for couples and those with families. The enlarged kitchen has a granite island with bar seating. The living area has new designer furnishings leading to the family dining area that seats six. The master bedroom and living area have glass doors that lead out to the open balcony with bar-height furniture.

The master bedroom as well as the secondary bedroom have king-sized beds, and the new living room queen sleeper sofa sleeps two. The master includes a large walk-in closet, double bathroom sinks, and a large walk-in shower. The private secondary bath has a walk-in shower.

The living room has a 45" flat screen TV (Netflix, Amazon, Hulu and other apps pre-loaded), and DVD player. The master bedroom has a 36” wall-mounted TV and DVD Player, and the secondary bedroom has a 30” wall-mounted TV.

This condo offers it all! Enjoy relaxing and walking on the beach, swimming and lounging at the pool, tennis, and pickleball all on the secured property!
