The gorgeous and ever-changing sunsets as well as views of the waters of the East Pass, Jetties and Lake Christina can be enjoyed from inside the condo unit or from the open balcony, which can be accessed from new sliding glass doors in the main bedroom and dining room. Start your morning by having your coffee on the balcony and then end your evening by having dinner there while enjoying the sunsets.
This unit is perfect for couples and those with families. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed, while the secondary bedroom has two full-sized beds. Both rooms offer wall mounted Smart TVs, lamps with USB charging ports and/or electrical outlets, and clock radios with USB ports. Both updated bathrooms have comfort height toilets. The main bathroom’s vanity has a quartz countertop and cabinet with ample storage.
The open concept floorplan is ideal for socializing.
