This beautiful 1st floor unit is near the main elevator with easy access to the middle staircase for a quick jaunt down the beach, pool, pavilion, and no waiting for the elevator!  The open floor plan has a spacious feel with a newly updated kitchen along with added features and touches to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The living area is comfortably furnished, including a queen size sleeper sofa, with a 65 inch 4K UHD Smart TV and Blu-Ray DVD. The dining area has seating for six with two bar stools to make the most of the large kitchen countertop area. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a mounted HDTV and Blu-Ray DVD. The guest bedroom has two full beds with a HDTV and Blu-Ray DVD. Both bathrooms have granite countertops, with a tub/shower in the master bath and walk in shower in the guest bath, as well as thermostatically controlled heated floors for those colder months.

You can relax and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets and views of Lake Christina, Destin Bridge and East Pass on the open balcony with  bar height furniture. During the summer months and on special holidays, the balcony of this unit will give you a front row seat to the spectacular Destin Harbor fireworks.
