1st Floor, Two Bedroom, Two Bath. King Size Bed in Master Bedroom, Two Double Beds in Secondary Bedrooms, NEW in Dec 2024 Sofa Sleeper in Living Area. The Glass Doors in the Living Area and Master Bedroom go out onto the Open Balcony where you can sit in the Bar Height Furniture and enjoy the Sunsets. The Plantation Shutters, Crown Molding, and Mirrored Wall in the Living Area are beautiful accents.

The Kitchen has Granite Counter Tops, Under-mount Sink, Tile Backsplash, Stainless Appliances, and Recessed Lighting. The door into the Master is angled and the Hall Bath has a Corner Shower. The Ceiling Fans in the Living Area and Bedrooms help keep you cool. Watch the 42in flat screen TV and DVD Player in the Living Area, the 32in flat screen TV in the Master and the 32 inch flat screen TV in the Secondary Bedroom.
