There is plenty of space to spread out with your group of up to 10 people, with 5 separate sitting areas plus a large dining table, and a spacious, fully equipped galley kitchen with abundant pantry space. The security of the enclosed balconies help ease your mind during a family stay, and the convenience of the sliding balcony windows allow for safe enjoyment of the fresh Florida breeze at your discretion.

Recent renovations include new luxury vinyl flooring throughout the entire condo, all three bathrooms have been updated and the unit has been freshly painted. Brand new comfortable leather furniture set in 2024! All other furnishings are new in April 2022, including very comfortable beds! Our unit is fresh, clean and well maintained.

Located on the (elevated) first-floor corner, this end unit condo is only steps away to the beachside pool and hot tub, the pavilion with charcoal grills, and of course, the beach! There is also a quiet sundeck at the side of the building. Conveniently located near the elevator, or take the stairs to avoid elevator wait time.

This condo features two spacious owner suites with king size beds and private in-suite bathrooms. Each of these king size suites include a separate enclosed balcony with large sliding windows overlooking the Gulf, Lake Christine and the Jetty. Watch the boats pass through East Pass, gulf crashing waves, white sand dunes and Destin’s seasonal fireworks.

The 3rd & 4th bedrooms have queen-size beds and can share the 3rd bathroom. There is also a queen-size sofa sleeper in the semi-private enclosed balcony area, allowing for up to 10 guests nightly.

All four of the spacious bedrooms are furnished with ceiling fans and smart TVs (3 with 50” TVs). The living room has a 75” smart TV, and there is a 55” TV in the kitchen / dining area. Other notable features include a washer/dryer, a large walk-in master bedroom closet, and two of the bedrooms are furnished with desks and chairs for remote work, if necessary.
