** The unit owner is planning to renovate this unit beginning November, 2025 to be completed early 2026.  The renovation will include replacing the kitchen cabinets, countertops and appliances, replacing the master bathtub with a walk-in shower, replacing all flooring, baseboards and doors, and repainting all walls and ceilings, among other things.

The 3rd floor is high enough so that the view is not of the parking lot, but not so high as to discourage use of the stairs. The bright decor and mirrored walls expand the space to the glass doors that open out onto the balcony. The large diagonally laid porcelain tiles are a beautiful accent throughout. The living area has a 55-inch LED Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu and other apps pre-loaded). The bedroom has a 40-inch LED Smart TV for your entertainment, and a ceiling fan for your comfort.
