Watch the dolphins play in the Gulf from the new Polywood bar-height furniture on the Open Balcony. The balcony makes this the perfect getaway to relax your body, refresh your mind, and restore your soul. New kitchen countertops, backsplash, and faucet. Of the one-bedroom units on the third floor, this is the closest to the beach. The 3rd floor is high enough so that the view is not of the parking lot, but not so high as to discourage use of the stairs. The bright decor and mirrored walls expand the space to the glass doors that open out onto the balcony. The large diagonally laid porcelain tiles are a beautiful accent throughout. The living area has a 55-inch LED Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu and other apps pre-loaded). The bedroom has a 40-inch LED Smart TV for your entertainment, and a ceiling fan for your comfort.
