3rd Floor, One Bedroom/ One Bathroom, King Size Bed, Queen Sleeper Sofa in Living Area. Fabulous view of the Gulf and white sandy beach. Watch the dolphins play in the Gulf from the new Polywood bar-height furniture on the Open Balcony. The balcony makes this the perfect getaway to relax your body, refresh your mind, and restore your soul. New kitchen countertops, backsplash, and faucet. Of the one-bedroom units on the third floor, this is the closest to the beach. The 3rd floor is high enough so that the view is not of the parking lot, but not so high as to discourage use of the stairs. The bright decor and mirrored walls expand the space to the glass doors that open out onto the balcony. The large diagonally laid porcelain tiles are a beautiful accent throughout. The living area has a 55-inch LED Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu and other apps pre-loaded). The bedroom has a 40-inch LED Smart TV for your entertainment, and a ceiling fan for your comfort.

The beach was clean and the pool was refreshing and had some shade. We really liked having the extra towels available in the linen closet. Also appreciated the taller balcony chairs with cushions. Much of the property was very much as I remember, if not improved. We loved having the ability to reserve beach spots early in the day and that there was a lifeguard on duty.

by Brooke P.I love going to Jetty East! I stayed there as a kid in the 90s and have loved being able to go there with my own kids as an adult. The staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. The views are incredible from the porch and you are right on the beach. The hallways have looked the same since I was a kid so they maybe could use an update, but honestly this does not bother me at all bc it just adds to the nostalgia factor. Room 303a was wonderful, especially the king size bed and the ocean view. The view is even better on the higher floors, but it's a longer stairs walk if the elevators are busy. Overall I felt safe, happy and comfortable there and really could not ask for more in a vacation condo.
