** The unit owner is planning to renovate this unit beginning November, 2025 to be completed early 2026.  The renovation will include replacing the kitchen cabinets, countertops and appliances, replacing the master bathtub with a walk-in shower, replacing all flooring, baseboards and doors, and repainting all walls and ceilings, among other things.

Of the two-bedroom units on the 3rd floor, this is the closest to the beach. The 3rd floor is high enough so that the view is not of the parking lot, but not so high as to discourage use of the stairs. The updated decor and beautiful diagonally laid porcelain tile floors make this a wonderful getaway to relax your body, refresh your mind and restore your soul. The master bedroom and living area have glass doors that lead out to the balcony. For your comfort, both bedrooms and living area have ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a private bath, and 40-inch LED smart TV. The living area features a 55-inch LED Smart (Roku) TV (Netflix, Amazon, Hulu and other apps pre-loaded).
