My family stayed in this condo to attend a family wedding during the winter season. It was huge, very clean, and exactly as listed. Great location right on the beach. It was January and unseasonably cold, but my daughter was still able to enjoy the outdoor heated pool. Check in was very smooth, as was communication with the property management company. I would stay here again if we are back in Destin.

This three-bedroom property was perfect for our six adults. Excellent location close to the beach and not far from restaurants and shops. Unit was fully equipped with everything we needed to prep meals and entertain. Very clean and well-managed.

The people who work at jetty East were so kind and the grounds were amazing just as clean! Beach pool hot tub everything was great! Any need or concerns taken care of!!

The condo itself was in pristine condition. The kitchen had every pot,pan and utensil I needed. The beds were very comfortable. The TV had good connections and a good cable provider. The swimming pool and beach access were amazing. I will definitely be back.

INCREDIBLE !

We had the best stay! The condo was incredibly beautiful ! Super spacious , attention to detail was top notch ! We loved every minute of our stay! My daughters loved the pool and the beach . My sister and I loved our walks on the beach , dolphin watching and looking at the gorgeous homes. Super safe , we will totally be back !

This was our first trip to Destin, FL and we really enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect for a large family and was clean and quiet. We loved that the beautiful beach was close and kept private and the pool was nice too. We grilled on the large patio one night and enjoyed that too. We plan to return - hopefully soon!

The apartment was exactly as in pictures with some generous freebies like beach chairs, bbq charcoal and every possible utensil one can need for a large family meal. Rooms are spacious with comfortable bedding. The highlight of the trip was that perfectly hot Jacuzzi with strong bubbles available all day long by the side of nice and warm pool. We spent many hours there. The staff is really nice and friendly, adding icing on the cake of your holiday experience.Walk to the beach was like getting to your house backyard. Perfectly soft white sand without any debris or kelp or sea weeds. The location of property is perfect as it’s a walking distance from harbor entrance and a really good spot for watching sunset from the rocks with a can of beer looking at floting ships and tourist boats with enthusiastic crowds on board.The only think I didn’t find in order was that outdated TV box whic I couldn’t even turn in for a single channel. Surprised those things still exist. Anyway, we were there for watching everything except the TV so no issue. Would be good if some operating manual or some instruction is provided for future vacationers.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Everything was clean and neat when we arrived. Beds were comfortable. Only complaint we have was the rooms did not get cool enough. The lowest we could go on ac was 70 and the rooms would stay around 80 need more vents in bedrooms. Living room stayed cool.

We had a great experience with this rental. Everything worked, and was as listed. Very clean and nicely decorated. Elevators were sometimes full with cleaning crews so we took stairs, no a big issue, so bring backpacks for easy carry. If you come at night, be sure to check-in with security guard for a windshield pass. Easy access to beach was perfect. Heated pool was nice to have as well. Will definitely consider booking again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. We Had a great time. The beach was awesome. The condo is very nice and roomy. Beds are comfortable. Lots of beach stuff in the closet to take down to the beach. All the restaurants were open. Only issue was one of the elevators was broken the entire week so sometimes it took a while to catch the elevator. Overall a great time.

This condo was great to stay in, large private beach, pavilion, pool, large spacious sitting /living areas. Right near boardwalk too..My 3 kids and wife enjoyed the stay, had my sister, husband and 2 kids over for dinner..

This was the perfect condo for our group. We loved the location and how close it was to the beach. The place was just as nice as the pictures shows. Will definitely stay here again next time we go to destin!

Nice layout. Lots of toys in the entry closet to take to the beach including chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and more. The bathroom with the laundry is near the smaller king bedroom, which was perfect since the kids were in the king bedroom with the extra bed. Proximity to newly renovated Noriega Point a plus also (great snorkel spot).

My family and kids had an absolutely wonderful time!! We loved the sunsets and fireworks!! It was the perfect vacation and we can’t wait to do it again!

What a delight! Bella del Sol in Destin provided a perfect setting for our family get-together. The coastal cottage chic style, comfortable beds, plentiful seating, well-appointed kitchen and gorgeous views from the balcony made this a truly wonderful vacation home. The weather was perfect and the beach was spectacular. We hope to be fortunate enough to stay here again.

Property is just as shown and in great condition! Was a bit humid...AC maybe not fully kicking in? We left fans on and the patio door open most of the time while we were inside. The rooms were perfectly sized and accommodated me, my husband and four teens. Two entry closets were stocked with beach stuff and very convenient! There were chairs, umbrellas, toys, coolers and a wagon to haul it all. We had to supply all our own toiletries and household goods. Even though the kitchen had all necessary appliances and the like, the only consumables (salt, pepper, etc) were leftovers from other guests. That aldao goes for trashbags, dishwasher soap, paper towels and laundry detergent. We ended up buying extra paper towels and toilet paper as a result. We chose not to rent a car anddid fine. We walked to the grocery/etc off 98 within an hour roundtrip. Also walked about 15-20 minutes to the water taxi to get to the boardwalk area. Shipt and pizza delivered! Otherwise, perfectly located with quick, private beach access and a beautiful pool area!

The home was beautiful and comfortable. The beds were soft. Target and Walmart were in close proximity to the home. We will definitely stay here again the next time we travel to the area.

Beautiful home, beautiful property, beautiful beach. Everything needed you can find right here. I was here for a month for work. And this place welcomed me with open arms each day. Little walk on the beach or watching the water from the balcony can cure any bad day. Thank you!

Great condo, location was fantastic. Beach chairs and umbrella was in the condo to use. We truly enjoyed our stay here for family vacation.

We really enjoyed this beautiful rental. The pool and jacuzzi were great and the beach was gorgeous. Great location close to restaurants and supermarket.

Very clean and fully stocked. Beautiful rooms with plenty of sleeping space. Close to the beach and pool area as well as parking. We had an amazing time!

Are only suggestion would be darker curtains or heavier curtains in the master suite.
