3rd Floor, Three Bedroom and Two and a Half Bath: This unit has an Open Concept Design. Master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen tv, and an open balcony. The master bathroom has a standard shower/tub combo. The first guest bedroom has two double size beds with flat screen TV and a full bathroom with a standard shower/tub combo . The second guest bedroom has two queen size beds in the bedroom and a flat screen tv. The half bathroom has a stand up shower and sink with the laundry room connecting. Enjoy sitting on the Two Open Balconies in the Bar Height Furniture and watch the East Pass Boats, the nature in Lake Christina, and the Brilliant Sunset as the day comes to an end. Keep cool under the ceiling fans in the living area and bedrooms while you watch the TV.
