This beautiful customized unit has special one-of-a-kind added features and touches to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The floor plan provides an open, spacious feel and the flooring throughout is diagonally laid porcelain tile with granite countertops.

This unit has a King-size bed in the bedroom and a Queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The living room is beautifully furnished with a 65-inch LED TV w/Blu Ray DVD player.

The master bedroom offers a retreat feel. It features a comfortable king-size bed, custom lighting, and a 50-inch LED TV with a Blu-Ray DVD player. The bedside outlets include built-in USB charging receptacles. Ceiling fans are in the bedroom and the living area. The bathroom has a custom walk-in shower with glass doors, a granite countertop, and plenty of storage space.

The kitchen features an extended-length granite counter, custom backsplash, double sink, all new stainless appliances, full-size refrigerator with an ice maker, custom cabinets, built-in USB charging ports, and island seating for four.

The balcony offers comfortable seating a tile floor; and a beautiful view of the Gulf, the walkover to the beach, and pool area.

403A is conveniently located near the elevator.

**If you need more space, we offer 403B next door, a two-bedroom unit adjoining 403A. Reserve both and spread out! But if you are traveling with a larger family, we can also offer 207C, a three-bedroom luxurious unit! All units are beautifully decorated with a gorgeous Gulf Front view!**
