4TH Floor, Two Bedroom, Two Bath, Gulf View
This beautiful customized unit has special one-of-a-kind added features and touches to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The floor plan provides an open, spacious feel and the flooring throughout is diagonally laid porcelain tile and granite countertops everywhere. The two-bedroom unit is located on the Gulf side of the beach and offers a spectacular view.

This unit has a King-size bed in each bedroom and a Queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The living room is beautifully furnished and has a 65-inch LED Smart TV w/Blu Ray DVD player. Both bedrooms offer a retreat feel with comfortable king-size beds, custom lighting, 50-inch LED TVs w/BluRay DVD players and bedside outlets that include built-in USB charging receptacles. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living area.

The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower and make-up mirror. The master bath has a custom walk-in spa shower with glass doors, a door between the bath and vanity, a vanity seat area, a lighted make-up mirror, and lots of storage space.

The kitchen features an extended-length granite counter, custom backsplash, double sink, all new stainless steel appliances, full-size refrigerator with an ice maker, custom cabinets, built-in USB charging ports, and seating for 6 with island and table seating. The laundry area offers a new full-size high-efficiency washer and dryer.

The balcony offers comfortable seating a tile floor; and a beautiful view of the Gulf, the walkover to the beach and pool area.

403B is conveniently located near the elevator.

**If you need more space, we offer a three-bedroom unit, 207C. Or you can reserve 403A next door, a one-bedroom unit adjoining 403B. All units are beautiful with a gorgeous Gulf Front view!**
