This bright, designer decorated unit offers amazing views of the Gulf, Jetties, East Pass and Destin Harbor. The living room has been expanded to include a sunroom, allowing more living space, including a counter height table and chairs to enjoy the outside views. The sunroom windows can easily be opened for seasonal enjoyment. The living area has a queen size sleeper sofa, an apartment size sofa and swivel chair to comfortably accommodate your needs as well as a 58” Flat screen TV with a DVD player.
The master bedroom has a king size mattress and French doors that open into the sunroom, so you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine while looking at the boats coming in and out of the harbor. The guest atrium bedroom has two double beds. The guest bedroom has a ceiling fan, 26” Flat screen TV and Blu Ray player. The master bedroom has a ceiling fan, 36” Flat screen TV and DVD player. The master bathroom has a full tub/shower, and the guest bathroom as a walk-in shower.
The dining area seats 6 and there are 2 additional kitchen bar stools. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and a beautiful backsplash.
