From unit #408B you will experience 1st class views of the Gulf, East Pass and Lake Christine, gorgeous summer sunsets, seasonal fireworks and boats traveling to and from the harbor as you peer directly over Lake Christine.

This cozy condo is clean, fresh and updated with extensive renovations in 2025. The neutral costal décor includes new luxury plank flooring throughout, new doors and millwork, freshly painted walls and ceilings, and thoughtfully selected artwork and furnishings. All appliances are new, including stainless steel kitchen appliances and a stacked washer/dryer. A new Serta King Mattress set with comfort euro-top was installed in the primary bedroom suite in May 2025.
