This 4th Floor, one bedroom, one bath condo, with an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico was completely updated in 2017 to enhance your Emerald Coast experience. Relax in this serene and soothing home away from home, listening to the waves roll onto the beach as you watch dolphins play in the emerald green waters from the open balcony.
New furnishings, paint, appliances, wood grain flooring and beautiful décor make this an inviting and comfortable unit. The fully appointed kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and breakfast bar seating for four. There is also a freestanding wine and beverage refrigerator included in the bar area for your enjoyment.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with a newly added, luxurious, dual layer mattress topper of gel memory foam and plush cover for a comfortable night of rest. The bedroom has plenty of drawer and closet storage. The bathroom has a granite counter, a tub and shower combo and a magnifying mirror.
The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa and a comfortable swivel rocking chair. You will enjoy a bar height table and two chairs on the open balcony with a fabulous view of the Gulf, the white sand beach, as well as the heated pool and hot tub. TV's with Blu-Ray players and cable, as well as ceiling fans, are in both the living room and the bedroom. You will find blackout curtains on every window and the sliding glass door for privacy. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
