Beautiful black granite counter top is large enough for four seated guests to watch as you prep tonight's fantastic dinner. Diagonally laid tile throughout the entire unit. The back wall is lined with windows which open and a black granite bar ledge where you can enjoy some of the most spectacular sunsets. You can also enjoy fantastic views of the East Pass, Bay, and Lake Christina from the hallway, kitchen, living room or especially the pub height table right at the windows' edge. You can even enjoy the twinkle of the nighttime views late at night through the incredible roll down shades that you can see right through. Don't worry though, if you want complete privacy and total darkness for that guest on the pull out sofa, just roll down the second black out shade and enjoy a great night's sleep. The bedroom features a king size bed and beautiful plantation shutters.
