Gorgeous, Two Bedroom, Two Bathroom 4th floor Jetty View unit with widened master bedroom and bathroom doors and a Roll In shower with grab bars and fixed and hand held shower heads to accommodate special needs. The floor plan has been reconfigured to really open up the condo and update the decor thus allowing guests more open space to entertain, cook, relax and take in the amazing views of the Gulf, Jetties, East Pass, Lake Christina, the Bay and the Destin Harbor. Don't miss the most breathtaking sunsets and occasional fireworks displays Destin has to offer from the open balcony with bistro height furniture. Scenic views are also enjoyed all day long from the comfort of the living room and kitchen with the glare reducing see-through shades. The view is just so gorgeous the owners didn't have the heart to cover the windows with blinds! If you want complete privacy and total darkness for that guest on the pull out sofa, just roll down the second black out shade and enjoy a great night's sleep. The kitchen area has been enlarged and boasts stainless steel appliances and a beautiful granite bar top that will accommodate 5-6 people seated. The living room is equipped with a new 50 inch LED TV.
Lovely furnishings and original artwork are found throughout the unit. The Master bedroom has a 39 inch TV and the guest bedroom has a 32 inch TV. Master and guest bedrooms each have a king size bed. Don't worry about bringing in a little sand from the beach as the entire unit features diagonally laid porcelain tile and it sweeps up with ease. The bathroom vanities are all comfort height with granite countertops and equipped with lighted magnifying makeup mirrors and hair dryers. The laundry area has been relocated and includes a full size front loading washer and dryer (uses HE detergent only, please).
If you have a larger group and you book early, you can also reserve the adjoining 420A as well.
