Recently updated in 2026, the residence features fresh paint throughout, new luxury vinyl flooring in the living room and bedrooms, refreshed dining and living room furnishings, and updated bedroom furniture. The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed, while the guest bedroom offers two full-size beds, creating a well-appointed layout that comfortably accommodates a variety of travel groups. A queen pull-out couch in the living room adds further versatility.

The kitchen is equipped with updated stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, a crockpot, and coffee maker, allowing guests to enjoy the convenience of dining in. The patio invites you to unwind with Polywood furnishings and a high-top table with seating for four, all set against views of the harbor and jetty.

Additional amenities include a smart TV in the living room, washer and dryer in the unit, iron and ironing board, and a location next to the elevator for added ease. A full remodel is planned for winter 2026–2027, but guests can already enjoy the many recent improvements that make 504B an attractive and comfortable coastal retreat.

The Large Glass Doors in Master and Living Area Go Out Onto the Open Balcony where you can enjoy a great view of the East Pass and Gulf. The Ceiling Fans in the Dining Area and Bedrooms help keep you cool. The Living and Dining Area and Bedrooms have carpet for your comfort. Watch the 55 inch LCD TV and DVD Player in the Living Area or retire to the Master Bedroom where there is a 46 inch LCD TV. The guest room features a 46 inch LCD TV with a DVD.
