This beautiful unit has added features and touches to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The floor plan has an open, spacious feel and the flooring throughout is diagonally laid porcelain tile. The living area is beautifully furnished with comfortable furniture, a 55 inch LED/LCD Smart TV with BlueBay DVD and sound Bar. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a mounted 32 inch LED TV w/DVD. Second bedroom has two double beds with LCD TV with DVD.
There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living area. Both bathrooms have granite countertops and tiled showers w/glass doors. The kitchen has beautiful granite, custom backsplash, double sinks and all stainless appliances. The dining area offers seating for six and two bar stools to make the most of the large countertop area. The laundry is complete with a stackable washer/dryer. You are guaranteed to enjoy truly exceptional views of the Gulf, Jetties, Lake Christina, Destin Bridge, East Pass and Crab Island in the bar height furniture on the balcony.
