Recently renovated with new luxury vinyl tile flooring throughout entire unit, new living room furniture including an extra thick sofa mattress and freshly painted (November 2022). This unit has one of the best views on the sunset side of Jetty East which shows the East Pass Harbor, Lake Christina, the Destin Bridge, a view of the Gulf along with a stunning night view of the harbor lights and fireworks in season. King size beds in both bedrooms with area floor rugs. Sofa sleeper in the living area along with a 65” TV and DVD player, recliner and an oversized swivel/rocker chair.
