5th Floor: Two Bedroom Two Bath Jetty View
Recently renovated with new luxury vinyl tile flooring throughout entire unit, new living room furniture including an extra thick sofa mattress and freshly painted (November 2022). This unit has one of the best views on the sunset side of Jetty East which shows the East Pass Harbor, Lake Christina, the Destin Bridge, a view of the Gulf along with a stunning night view of the harbor lights and fireworks in season. King size beds in both bedrooms with area floor rugs. Sofa sleeper in the living area along with a 65” TV and DVD player, recliner and an oversized swivel/rocker chair. The kitchen has Granite Counter tops and stainless steel appliances. It has a Keurig coffee maker and a wine chiller/ cooler. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms.

520B was perfect! Our stay in 520B was wonderful! It was spacious and perfectly appointed with everything we needed. The king beds in each room were super comfortable. We loved the view of the harbor from the patio, with easy access from both the master bedroom and the living room. We ate breakfast on the patio every day and spent every evening relaxing there as well. The quick and easy access to the beach was amazing! We also loved the pool and hot tub. The condo includes everything you need to cook and enjoy staying in and is also conveniently located close to great restaurants if you want to go out. We could not have had a better, more relaxing vacation in this beautiful condo!

We stayed in 520B for a week and we loved it! This is a family friendly resort with EASY beach access and a big pool. The unit we stayed in was very nice and spacious for our crew and was beautifully decorated. Both bedrooms had king size beds, so that was a major plus! There is an open patio with a great view of the bay with all the boats coming in and out. The resort had a very big pavilion where they had scheduled activities and live music a few of the nights we were there. We had a great week and cant wait to come back!

Stayed 4 wonderful days at this beautiful, well designed condo on the 5th floor in September. 2 BR with king beds, 2 bath, balcony with gorgeous view! Enjoyed heated pool, beach access & hot tub. Bonus=wine chiller. Look forward to returning someday!
