Spend your vacation comfortably in this spacious 4 bedroom/ 3 bath end unit. 3 bedrooms boast King size beds, and the 4th smaller bedroom has a Queen size bed. Kitchen is equipped with Stainless appliances, and all counter tops are beautiful granite or quartz. Though the 4th bedroom is smaller, guests will enjoy their window lined private space with a spectacular view and control of their own air conditioner. The living room off of the kitchen has a new sectional with two chaise lounges and a queen size sleeper sofa, so the entire family can cuddle up for a great movie night.
Two living areas will give you and your guests room to spread out and have your own space. You can dine at either of the 2 dining areas from counter height tables and enjoy the views while you eat or pull a chair up to either end of the kitchen bar and snack while someone else cooks dinner. Formal dining area has a corner wine bar equipped with wine fridge. Exciting décor, original artwork, comfortable furnishings, and up to date electronics will assure a luxurious vacation. Porcelain tile laid diagonally throughout all living, dining, master bedroom and all baths. Master Bath has been newly remodeled in 2017 eliminating the tub but has a stunning updated large walk-in shower. You can enjoy the views from the moment you walk in the front door of this spacious floor plan. There are windows across the back for you to enjoy views of the Harbor, Lake Christina, the East Pass, Crab Island, the most incredible sunsets AND even though 622 is a Jetty view unit, you can see a nice slice of the gulf.
Or, step out onto the balcony from the living room or master bedroom to take in the ocean breeze. It is also a great place to enjoy the Thursday night air show, and fireworks displays. Brand new 60 inch LED HD smart television and Blu-Ray DVD players in the living room, and 50 inch LED HD smart televisions and Blu-Ray DVD players in three of the four bedrooms will ensure that everyone has the latest in entertainment.
